METHOD OF USE
Recommended for use by adults 1-2 times a day. One portion can replace a meal.
PREPARATION METHOD
Dissolve 2 tablespoons (55 g of dry product) in 250 ml of water. Stir or shake rapidly in a tightly closed container (shaker) or in a blender until smooth. If desired, you can dilute in milk/vegetable milk. If milk/vegetable milk is used the nutritional and energetic value of the product will increase.
The measuring spoon is inside the package.
